Digital toolsets

There are a lot of digital tools out there to help you keep track of your game and characters. Here are a few of the bigger ones.

DND Beyond – The official toolset for dungeons and dragons. It mainly supports 5th edition and One dnd. The free version allows up to 6 characters, using the basic rules available for free. Buying books here allows you to also access content from them in your character sheet.

Roll 20 – A toolset for virtual tabletop games, not limited to dungeons and dragons. It has tools to craft games yourself, run existing systems, and connect with other people to find new games. You can also participate in live games hosted on the site.

Online shops

Drivethru RPG – Online shop for older published content you might not find elsewhere, and 3rd party content. They have a wide range of systems, mainstream and indie alike.

Chaosium – Online shop of Chaosium, the publisher of a wide range of TTRPGs, most famously Call of Cthulhu.
